Blooming Shrub Roses and Patio Tree Roses are in stock for Mothers Day

New Era Nursery is located in the beautiful Kickapoo River Valley of southwestern Wisconsin.  Our country greenhouse is situated in the Hillsboro, LaFarge and Ontario area.

Established in 1997, our nursery features a large selection of perennials and ornamental grasses.  Hardy roses, fruit trees, small fruits, shrubs and shade trees were recently added to the line up.  Our customers are very pleased to have high quality plants to choose from.  They no longer need to take a long drive for top quality plants and trees to dress up their outdoor living area.

Our Mission: New Era Nursery strives to be "Beyond All Expectations" by providing the most robust plants and nursery stock possible, helping to insure your success as a gardener.

Retail and Wholesale
Our retail customers have the priviledge of enjoying the countryside and perusing the greenhouses at their leisure.  New Era Nursery also caters to other retail garden centers and landscapers through the wholesale division. 


Display Gardens

Come visit our extensive display gardens.  The size of our gardens keep growing and growing!  The current beds emphasize over 60 varieties of ornamental grasses and 40+ varieties of roses, with splashes of colorful perennial flowers.  In 2011, you will see edible plants incorperated into the landscape.  We like to graze as we enjoy the flowers.  You can too!

Check out our eShop offerings.  You never know what interesting things will be offered.   Our plants and trees are too large in size to ship as mail order.  Watch for items such as animal and insect repellents, metal plant tags and fertilizer. Not ready yet, but coming soon.
